Center of Advisory and Career Counseling Center
There is a full-fledged team of three employees in the career counseling and advisory center.
Psychologist:
We have a lead psychological counselor Nasim Khan in center who performs the duty of psychological counselor both in group and individual mental (Psychological) counseling of students within campus. She is a certified counselor that has been working with GB health Department and has required skills and experience to conduct a therapy session for her clients within campus. She is also working on outreach in order to collaborate with different departments of GB.
Incharge/Counselor:
We have a highly trained Incharge Ms Shanila working within the center. She is responsible for reporting about the monthly activities of the center to the director and guiding students about research (Research counselor) through different seminars and sessions within campus for students. She is a graduate of development studies with a major in research subjects. She is qualified to conduct any research (qualitative and quantitative) depending on the situation and requirement. Apart from that she is guiding students on resume writing and also provides internship opportunities for 7th and 8th semester students with collaboration of Director student affairs Ghulam Ud Din.
Student Freelance Counselor:
Because of the increasing trend of freelance in the global market, it is important to teach and guide students about freelance platforms. We Have Nadeem Shehdai. He is a CEO of a freelance company in order to facilitate students who come up with new internet based business ideas and those who are interested in digital training. He is also guiding students on entrepreneurship within campus.
